Using anti mouse CD16/32-PE for FACS analysis - which blocking reagent?

I would like to characterize my hematopoietic progenitors using CD16/32-PE vs CD34 APC. CD16/32 is the FcyRII/III to characterize CMPs, GMPs and MEPs in mouse bone marrow. Usually, I use Fcy-blocking reagent to avoid unspecific binding before I stain the cells with surface markers - can I still use this Fcy blocking reagent when I want to check for FcyRII/III expression??

Stain with pretitrated CD16/32-PE first, then add Fc block and the rest of the antibodies.
