Hi everyone,

I need a way to quantify muscle fiber type (basing on a color scale, since oxidative fiber appears more darker than the others) in the image below with a semi-automatic approach using ImageJ. Ideal would be to segment each cell and classify it in one of three classes based on the color resulting from the staining. I'm aware that each cell edge is not clearly defined, but I can't use other staining out of the NADH staining.
