Hello, I am courrently working with artemisinin derivatives (which are terpenic structures) and trying to synthesize/ purify one amine derivative. It has been difficult to find a suitable TLC/Column mobile phase to purify the reaction. Does anyone know if there is a useful mobile phase system commonly used for this kind of molecules?
