My soil is contaminated with trace elements, organic compounds.It has a high concentration of CaCO3 with silty sandy as texture.
In order to adapt local environment,I am looking for examples that could grow in such conditions, especially towards the calcium carbonate.
The C/N is included between 10 to 23 and and It can reach 43 in one depth.
If You can advise me with references or articles.

You haven't mentioned the desired pH level. Still I assume that vegetables with shallower root sytems such as Kale (Brassica oleracea var. sabellica) or lettuce (Lactuca sativa) might be better options in urban agriculture and they can tolerate a fairly wide range of pH from mildly acidic to mildly alkaline.

The pH is alkaline ( around 9).
We might implement flowers and other plants that are not comestibles.
Another detail: the site is near a river and there is risk in flooding if the level of the river increases.

If there exists a risk of flooding by being in proximity to a river then what can be better than salt-alkanity tolerant rice varieties?! Water caltrops (Trapa spp.) and Chinese water chestnuts (Eleocaris dulcis) might be other very economically viable options.
