You could try to create the pigment in situ and see if it deposits on the wall. I have observed this in my waste container recently. We are working with different iron salts and now our waste bottle has a nice coating of what I would assume is Prussian Blue. 

Thanks Johannes. What do I use to create the pigment? I believe solvent like IP or toluene should work fine...I am going to try with readily available permanent market ink as it dries very fast and fully dissolves in IP...

Well that depends on the pigment and it solubility. You could also introduce a solvent that swells the tube's material which makes it more permeable for dissolved material. When dried, the material would be trapped inside the tube wall.

 Thanks the reply Johannes.i have tried couple of fast drying inks and they work fine.  However I have a requirement that the inks should be readily removable without leaving any residues or ghost image behind. I am able to remove the ink coating by passing clear solvents through the coated tube,  but it still leaves residues and ghost images.  I am not able to complete remove the ink again.  Is there any way to complete remove the ink from inside of the tube without leaving back any residues? 

Again, this is difficult to answer without knowing anything about your ink or your tube material. My best guess would be to chemically destroy the ink, e.g. by passing an oxidation agent through the tube.

If you can provide more information about your system, it may be easier to help.

The tube material has to be any readily available polymer like PU or PVC.

I am open to any ink material as long as it meets the above requirements of easy removability after quick drying.

The ink has to very loosely stick to the polymer tube material for easy removal.

I believe that even the remover solution can to be tailor made ...may be it has some surfactants or chemical agents that lifts off even the smallest residues of ink and it's components from the inner tube surface and totally removes it from the surface.

It's should not harm the polymer tube in any way. So can't use very strong solvents that can potentially interact with and damage the polymer tube.

Since the tube diameter is small it will be a laminar flow of ink remover solution and not turbulent. I guess this makes it more challenging as it's difficult to diffuse ink remover with dried out ink in laminar flow.
