What sort of chromatography? Napthoquinones shouldn't show multiple peaks under normal HPLC conditions. Posting a chromatogram would be helpful. You may be seeing isomers, or related compounds that are called "vitamin K"
It could be due to use of a poor quality method, impure sample, ionization issues, isomers or misinterpretation. As Jack points out, you need to provide the complete HPLC method details and a chromatogram to make constructive suggestions. Please include the column dimensions, flow rate, detection settings and other standard details too.
Dear Disha, may be the double bond isomerized, and you see both trans and cis isomers? If the standard was not correctly stored and transported (refrigerated) cis double bond easily may isomerize to trans (more stable)
