Does anyone have experience in regards to studying the ultrastructure of the choroid plexus?
I am anticipating studying this structure in the near future with TEM and would like to know
if anyone has any experience that might help me in this future study. I feel the effects of T2DM could be damaging and result in remodeling of the vascular system and also the ependymal cells tight junctions. Any and all recommendations would be very helpful to study the blood-CSF barrier. This discussion is open to all who might be interested in the ventricles and the choroid plexus.

Choroid plexus as an entry site from the peripheral systemic circulation into the brain for COVID-19 infection and resulting dysfunction of the choroid plexus as with other viral infections. Does it pllay a major role in leptin signaling to the brain if there is dysfunction as a result of infection at the choroid plexus.
