UART interface with Xilinx Virtex 7 board

I am using UART as a interface between Host (PC) and Target (Xilinx Virtex 7 board), try to send pixel array using teraterm portal from host. Hardware is not responding. Can you please help me in this regards? UART is passed in the functional verification.
