I am currently working on crosslinking GelMA microspheres for drug delivery purposes. I am aware that Irgacure 2959 is commonly used to crosslink GelMA using UV light. However, I have a specific question regarding the concentration of Irgacure 2959 to use. Since I have loaded drugs into the GelMA microspheres, I would like to minimize the crosslinking time for better drug retention. Can anyone provide guidance on the optimal concentration of Irgacure 2959 to achieve efficient crosslinking while minimizing exposure time?
