Plant cell division is controlled through different cellular cycle phases. What are the factors from outside cell (not from within), do you think, provides a trigger to a cell to get into the division.
in certain circumstances such as any damage to plant organ triggers cell division at the damaged region. carcinogens are other main compounds those stimulates cell division in uncontrollable fashion.
So, should we consider biotic/mechanical stress as the cause of cellular division. But if it starts happening in single cell surrounding by normal layer of cells, then what should we consider the reason.
