Initial TEER of Caco-2 cell culture was measured and it was about 650 to 1000 ohms/cm2. After this polysacchiride in defferent concentration was added, also several wells were stayed untreated and served as contol. After 15 and 30 min of experiment TEER in this contol wells decreased to 12% , whereaes in polysaccharide treated wells just for 6%. After 60 min TEER in control wells was 21% lower from initial values whereas in treated wells in the highest polysaccharide concentration it decreased just fo 9%.
