Do you measure TGs/LDL/HDL in serum or in liver homogenates? And for how long are mice on HF diet? what kind of mice?

All of them are in serum. Totally diet lasts for 6-7 weeks. Albino male mice. Diet include 1% cholesterol, 0,5 % cholic acid, 0,12% propylthiouracil and 20% fat.
