While performing the Linear regression analysis in SPSS version 26.0.0. my intermediate/mediation variable goes to the excluded section. Please share your valuable suggestion "How to restrain the intermediate variable in the coefficient table?" I am keenly looking for some valuable suggestions that will help me in the linear regression analysis by treating intermediate variables. Your kind suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Are you talking about mediating variable? If yes, then use PROCESS macro for SPSS by Andrew F. Hayes to run mediation model.

How did you set up the model and analysis? If you were using ordinary linear regression, did you select the "enter" method (forcing all IVs into the model), or one of the step methods (e.g., stepwise, forward, backward, remove)? If you were using Andrew Hayes' macro, PROCESS, which model did you select and how did you set it up?
If you could elaborate on your variable set and analysis set-up, I would wager that you would get a more useful recommendation for how to address your problem.

I am using ordinary linear regression with "Enter" method.
"Time-Use and Activity participation" is my IV, Intensity of "Physical Activity" is my Mediating variable and "Health Parameters" are my DV.
In the ordinary Linear regression analysis, when I enter my mediation variable in the IV box along with the IV and enter my DV in DV box and run the analysis, my mediation variable goes to the excluded section. I am looking for how to control the mediation variable in the coefficient table.
