Trapping of water is very challanging part of science one must have to understand very carefully before answering the question.Many research works are published without considing the reality of scientific knowledge associted to ialgit.Research must be well documented in this aspect & I believe there may be science that only can answer the question. To my understaning hydropillic materials are prone to water molecules but again Grapahane oxide has the chemistry of hydroxyl groups with or inot one has to proof that scientifcally.

I think, the graphen oxide don't used electrode in supercapacitor only after treatment its with solution has ability to remove the oxide first
