I'm trying to use a transient boundary condition for velocity . I made a table of volcity values with time as shown below . but after reading in fluent in boundary conditon menu , the velocity appears separated form time .

Dear Al-Dulaimi,
The time field section must be in an ascending order. Pay attention to the last instant of time, that I think you meant (1.1). Also note that all the values must be in SI units.

Did you check that the number after transient actually represents the number of entries you have in the profile?
When you select velocity from profile in boundary conditions and then select velocity, fluent should automatically interpolate the velocities between time values.
