Transfection of iPS-derived neurons?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to visualize dendritic spines in iPS-derived neurons by transfecting a GFP-actin plasmid. My goal is to achieve a low-efficiency transfection to analyze single neurons within a network. After transfection, I amplify the GFP signal by IF with an anti-GFP antibody.

¿Could anyone share a tested transfection protocol for iPS-derived neurons? Thank you in advanced for your attention.
