I have found lots of protocols for both the preparation of the trace elements solution and minimal medium for PHB production by Ralstonia eutropha H16, however these protocols are not especific enough and i don´t undertand step by step how to prepare it (F.e. Which component cannot be autoclaved, etc). Has anyone any recommended protocol?
