Hey, Im haveing trouble detecting the mouse in a OFT, and if I do have luck detecting the animal in one frame, when I see the rest of the frames, the mouse is undetected so I try to detect it on that frame and it messes up the other frames. Any advice?

Hello, I think you need more contrast, if the mice is white, the floor should be darker to help the camera to trace better the animal.

In addition to the contrast, sometimes a highly-reflective surface like that messes with the camera. Maybe try putting down some bedding or a dark matte finish material on the bottom to see if that helps.
