Hi All
I am having trouble linking Abaqus 6.14 with Intel XE13, and VS2012 on WIndows 10.
I see 2 versions of solutions :
1- Some indicate to add the ifortvars.bat or ipsxe-comp-vars.bat adress to Abaqus CAE and Command shortcut , as a property target
( I don't know what is the difference of these two files )
2- Some indicate to add the adress , directly to the abaqus.bat files as @call "Directory"
I tried the first and then the second one, the Abaqus Standard PASSed , but the Abaqus Standard and Explicit with User Subroutines and abaqus CFD , gave ERROR !
I tried to do both of the solutions together, but in this case the verification did not run
what is the solution ?
I recommend to edit file C:\SIMULIA\Abaqus\Commands\abq6141.bat
and add 2 lines to the beginning, for example:
@call "C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Composer XE 2013 SP1\bin\ifortvars.bat" intel64 vs2012
@set LIB="C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\MPI\Lib\x64";%LIB%
Because ifortvars.bat didn't add some libraries.
May be you should correct file paths.
If it don't give PASS for User Subroutines you should see additional information about problem in *.log file in Abaqus work directory after verify finished.

One thing is I don't know why the VS 2012 is installed with the VS 11 on my system !!
alos one doubt is : should the environment variable be : installpath/../Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\VC\bin\amd64
or installpath/../Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\VC\bin
