For AHP, the software used is Smart Choice. you should try to learn and use that software

For your analysis of your data, there are two soft wares,  one expert choice and second one is super decision software. In total I prefer second one. good luck.

There are mainly two ways to develop a group judgment: the group wants to act together as a unit or as separate individuals. In the first situation we use the aggregation of individual judgment (AIJ) method: the group identity and decision is built while the individual identity is lost during each pairwise judgment. In the second situation, the aggregation of individual priorities (AIP) method is appropriate when the group members want to combine or aggregate not their judgments but only the final results, as happens in the specialist assessment process. I think that you are trying to do the last one. The article above is fundamental to understand how to do it.

The Expert Choice software is a good option to analyse the data.

In my opinion, it is better to apply questionnaires in paper forms in order to make sure who is answering and if they understand all of the questions. I advice you to be very clear in the questions, which should designed not too long neither too short. It is very important to apply some pre-tests before the final instrument.

Dear Marcia you are taking the right steps in order to get use well AHP. As all other said before there are software solutions but if you are making your own questionnaire (in any version paper or electronic) the questionnaire itsefl it is in my opinion the most problematic issue applying AHP.

On the Pillars of AHP as Saaty himself claim (see attachment) there is "paired comparisons and the psychophysical origin of the fundamental sale used to make the comparisons" that's mean that you have to elicit pairwise comparisons from a scale form 1/9 to 9.

In a practical sense I found that it is very easier to only ask from 1 to 9 but you need to ask also the direction of the relationship (i.e. Alternative 1 is preferred to Alternative 2 or viceversa) and then using some like a Likert Scale to choose the right number between 1 and 9. I also ask only for odd numbers because they are the original ones in Saaty's work letting the even numbers to be used when you can get consensus about one odd number.

In this moment one of my students is implementing this schema within surveymonkey platform once she get the answer I could tell you if this approach was wise or not.

Thanks again for all the tips and guides, friends. I have completed my analysis and will share the paper based on the AHP analysis with you when finished. It was AHP analysis for prioritising elements to develop safety and health management systems.
