Hello, recently I’ve transfected some HEK-293T cells with Thermofisher’s Lipofectamine 3000 reagent, but I’ve only gotten a transfection efficiency of about 20-30% using 7.5 uL of lipofectamine.

I am using 2 plasmids and don‘t know if this could be affecting the transfection.

If anyone has any tips to improve it, please let me know.
