Hi,

I have trouble to grow FDC/HKs. They proliferate very slowly and it is hard to remove them from the cell culture flask. I have tried EMEM medium (10% FCS + Pen/Strep) and RPMI (10% FCS +L-Glut and Pen/Strep). Currently, I am testing RPMI (10% FCS +L-Glut and Pen/Strep) with the addition of 1mM sodium pyruvate and 1X NEAA.

For detatching the cells I tried Accutase which did not work at all and Trypsine which only detatches about 80% of the cells after 10 min.

I would appreciate any tips and tricks.
