Anybody knows about the availability of Three Level T-Type SiC MOSFET Module (T-Type with 4 MOSFETS)?
Similar to one from Microsemi APTMC120HRM40CT3AG, which is just now in production.
In December I also conducted a small research about this and couldn't find this module to be produced from any other manufacturer. Truth to be told, the modules from Microsemi are pretty limited for high power applications, but it is certainly exciting that a 3-L topology is being built in a single module. Based on some rumors, other companies plan to introduce 3-L power modules, but I guess we will have to wait for some time so that the market would increase the demand.
Dear Svetomir, thanks for your reply. I also have similar experience. But the question still is whether it is hybrid Si+SiC module or complete SiC module. Anyway looking for such modules to available in market with affordable price.

Seems like that it is a hybrid module with Si IGBTs in the horizontal branch (link: https://www.microsemi.com/product-directory/sic-mosfet-module/1351-three-level-t-type-inverter#overview).
Agreed, it would be very interesting to see these modules come up soon!
