Three Level T-Type SiC MOSFET Module?

Anybody knows about the availability of Three Level T-Type SiC MOSFET Module (T-Type with 4 MOSFETS)? Similar to one from Microsemi APTMC120HRM40CT3AG, which is just now in production.
