One of your photos has benthic foraminifera (it may be Glomospira sp.).
The environment should be poor in oxygen content since there are no evidence of wave current effect or bioturbation.

Dasycladacean algae dominate. Moreover miliolids and "larger" foraminifera.
In image 204824, in the 1st quarter on the right, just next to the cross section of a dasycladale algae, there is an oblique section of a larger benthic foraminifera, most probably belonging to the the family of Cyclamminidae, it can be the genus Pseudocyclammina?, but it is hard to say.
Dasyclads..two species of Salpingoporella..one is annulata...sure that it is Upper Jurassic? What is the evidence?

Yes it is the Upper jurassic ( oxfordian)
The datation is based from the brachiopodes and forams ( Alveosepta)
