When the pump is turned on, the power LED would flash and the degasser LED would kept off. When the degasser control board is disconnected, and then turn on the power, the power LED can come on steady green. And then when the power to the degasser control board is reconnected the degasser LED can come green. However, if the power to the degasser control board is connected in the beginning as it should be, the degasser LED won't come on when the pump is powered on. I can see the fan tries to turn on repeated, but won't stay on. Only when the power to the degasser control board is disconnected first, the fan will be able to come on when the unit is power on. What could be wrong?
