Hello. I had a run error *7007* that the allocated memory is 17,500 Mb but the run for the model required 18,400 Mb. When i check my directory file, there is more memory around 1TB and the system RAM is 32gb,. I tried all possible ways but I could not run the model. Although load acting is same about an axis. I do not want to do axisymmetric analysis. I want to obtain a completely optimized model. Is there any other way I can overcome this ?

I don't have an answer to your question, but - although I don't have specific info on the problem - I'm perplexed about your choice to use a 3D model and such small elements. Why not to use an axisymmetric model? This will decrease the number of nodes significantly
The yellow ones represent (non design space) and red ( design space ). The reason to choose non axisymmetric model is because uneven load will be applied later on and small elements is due to importance of obtaining a proper fin shapes if formed or else it forms random triangular surfaces and while exporting it for STL file. It shall be rough.
Which element type are you using? Reducing the order of the element will significantly reduce the memory required
If this is not the case, you can use the command -fixlen 24000 (for instance) to ensure you wont have the same issue
