How do the thermal conductivity, specific heat capacity, plastic strain, critical compressive displacement, and thermal expansion of both hot-rolled steel and concrete change after cooling based on the maximum temperature reached during fire?

Jürgen Hartmann Thanks for the references but I couldn't find what I was looking for: residual fracture energy, residual critical compressive displacement and residual thermal expansion variations with temperature for concrete and residual that of thermal expansion for structural steel bars.

Heating and thawing of concrete will make hard statements like rock as well as steel will make hard stratum like steel bars. In between heating and thawing, moulding work is possible to attain required specimen.
