One of the promises of the Holy Qur'an is the inheritance of the earth to the oppressed, according to the verse, " And We desired to show favour unto those who were oppressed in the earth, and to make them examples and to make them the inheritors, " (28: 5),. Although the revelation of this verse is the story of the Israelites ( بنیاسرائیل), and some translators have written and translated it about the victory of Moses(موسی) and the Israelites over the Pharaohs and their destruction, but according to the rule of The rule of "AL-'Ibrah Bi 'Umum AL-Lafzi La Bi Khusus Al-Sababi" (العبرة بعموم اللفظ لا بخصوص المورد)
a general generalization can be made for this verse. and made it mean the absolute power of the oppressed in any era at any time.
