Currently I'm trying to figure out how one can do electronics cooling (Thermal) analysis in Ansys Icepak. Is there any Ansys Icepak expert here who can guide me.

I have fluid's volume flow rate, Cooling temperature, ambient temperature & chips heat losses. I'm trying to define fluid flowing in heat sink. But how & where I can put my Fluid inlet & outlet?

Which simulation method I should select for better convergence?
