We want to test if a product could increase elastin production on fibroblast culture. Therefore we would like to find a positive control to compare with our product. But for the moment, I have not found any molecule which matching.

I didn't hear about such a molecule. However you can use a cell line which produce elastin as a control. Good luck

In this paper they demonstrate that treatment with some xGVxxG peptides (recognizable by the anti-elastin antibody), up-regulate the levels of elastin-encoding mRNA, tropoelastin protein, and the deposition of new elastic fibers in cultures of human dermal fibroblasts and in cultured explants of human skin.
