Hello Researchers! I have a question for you. Still debating... We work with human cells. Is it OK after harvesting cells to resuspend them in Fetal Bovine Serum for further counting?
Will the viability measuring be accurate? Thanks!

Dear Dr. Galina Dulatov
After harvesting, I count mammalian cells (including human cell lines) in cell growth media containing 10% FBS. The viability is well maintained.
I feel resuspending cells in 100% FBS will not be well tolerated by the cells, and it could affect viability.
