During the extraction of nucleic acids from serum/plasma, an experiment was conducted by adding different negative samples to the high-value positive sample (using different negative samples to dilute). The results showed that certain substances in the serum/plasma background affected the extraction or magnetic bead binding process, and different magnetic beads showed inconsistent results in this process. Are there any specific interferents known to have an effect during this process?
