The percentage of each phase can be determined by a method called Rietveld Refinement. It is possible to do it in HighScore, but you would need to download the CIF files of the materials you want to determine. HighScore can use many databases to identify phases, but they don't have CIF files and it means that they don't have information about atoms in the structure. I can help you with it, I can access HighScore and guide you how to do it.
