The Brat protein in insect showed in two different sizes?

The Brat protein in insect molecular weight should be 94kd, however we detect it in 70kb or 65kd from either embryo or overy. My graduate can't figure it out. Could anyone explain it? Or may we have produced the wrong antibody?
