I would like to know whether physicists, mathematical physicists, astrophysicists, cosmologists, and ALSO philosophers of physics today find these arguments acceptable. Or, are these unimportant in the face of the usefulness of technological advances achieved till today?

Can some adequation of physics, mathematical physics, astrophysics, cosmology, and philosophy of physics in the direction of what I have discussed yield some better results in both theory and applications?

Одним из самых уважаемых экспертов в геофизике является (его уже нет) Профессор Алексей Всеволодович Николаев. В США был Проф. Кейлис Борок. Но именно Николаев был Председателем Экспертного совета России, которого "боялись" геофизики, у которых не была решена задача, не было четких связей, которые не могли пройти испытания. В 1990 г. он был избран членом-корреспондентом АН СССР по специальности «сейсмология». С 1983 по 1991 гг. становится вице-президентом, а с 1991 по 1995 гг. президентом Международной ассоциации сейсмологии и физики недр Земли (IASPEI). До него этот престижный пост занимали только два российских ученых: академики Б.Б. Голицын (1911–1916) и В.А. Магницкий (1971–1975). В 2015 г. за исключительный вклад в развитие международного сотрудничества и выдающиеся достижения в области наук о Земле Алексею Всеволодовичу Николаеву было присуждено звание почетного члена Международного союза геодезии и геофизики (IUGG).

И вот Алексей Всеволодович не создавал "стандартов". С одной стороны он создал методику, в которой большую роль играла статистика. В 1972 г. он защитил докторскую диссертацию «Сейсмика мутных и неоднородных сред» по физико-математическим наукам.

В то же время, когда прошли испытания моей работы и он писал мнение на мою диссертацию по Генезису землетрясений и метод краткосрочного прогноза, он правильно отметил, что если бы я использовал только статистику и математику, а не искал логические связи, то я бы не смог решить эту задачу. Не все однозначно. Когда предвестники разного типа (геологические, биологические, космические и так далее) то необходимо включать логику, отвечающиую на задачи разных типов.

Once upon a time I even wrote on this theme a short article, and wanted to publish it. But my Dissertation Guide of those days strictly prohibited me from trying to publish this. First, he was sure that none would accept it for publication. And if it gets published, it will be in some simple journalistically daring weeklies or monthlies.
