Add your full-texts that are missing
Every now and then I get this request from Research Gate. It is about texts from books written by me or old publications from 1900. The latter are no more available. Concerning books the rights for transmission are with the publisher.
Please note that I am not in the position to meet your request.

You may get requests for full-texts of your publications both from the ResearchGate system and from users. The requests from the system (sent automatically by the software, i.e. not by a human) are just proposals to add full-texts. The requests from users are more serious, i.e. they come from real people who are interested in your publications. However, in most cases you have to ignore these or to decline them, for various reasons (copyright restrictions, no file available, ...). See also these discussions:

I would like to note that from my point of view it is very good, when people posting their reseatch items here on the ResearchGate, because othervise they are hidden behind the paywall. And it becomes especially important for the scientific community, when the old and very old papers becoming available, because very often it is impossible to find the old works even in paid deposits. Thus, I would like to encourage you to upload as much works as you can. If you care about the intellectual property rights, than I can say that most of publisers allow such non-commertial autor-distribution of their own works. Maybe it works also with books, or at least with separated chapters, I am not sure. But I remember, I have seen some bookchapters here uploaded by other people. Also, to be even more protected from the copyright issues, people often posting here not exactly the published version of the work, but the latest revision version, or slightly modified work. But my experience shows that publishers and copyright holders do not care about that issues here, and all may works are available and nobody told me to remove them. Finally, EVEN if some copyright holder will be not happy with some work being uploaded, they will just kindly ask you or site moderator to remove it from the site and that is all.
Thus, please upload your works, because soceity needs every piece of knowledge being available!
Possibly, for researchers in some countries, they do find it difficult to pay for journal access or book purchase. It's personal judgement but privately-held scanned copies could be made available.
