Hello Shoyab, stability of Texas Red MH is good at -20C in the dark (at least 12 months), but have to make sure that your DMSO is water free. You can also have a look here:
As Maxsim suggested, I would say around 12 months, but it's really important to keep water out. I'd recommend making small aliquots that you dessicate and freeze, then use a fresh one each day, using all of them within 12 months.
Once an aliquot is out of the freezer I find the lifetime beyond immediate use is variable - whilst you still see fluorophores the number seems to vary. For anything precise or quantitative I would always use a fresh aliquot.
