How to prepare Thioflavin stock solution??

how can i prepare thioflavin T stock solution.i have tried methanol,water as well as PBS,,I am not getting any absorption spectra.(which is basically require to calculate the concentration by ex. cofficient.I have replace previous lot of thioflavin(sigma) with new one.but i am getting same spectra pattern in all solvent.

please suggest me what is wrong??and find the attachment.
