I don't know about existence of any such global classification. It will never be possible also.

Don't forget - most of the journals (at least 99%) are there just to perform business. Different journal groups have competition for business. They will never come under same umbrella.

I think the different journal have competition for business, besides, the classification is changed continuously from the supervisors.
