I purchased few primers for my experiment. I usually use DNase/RNasa free water for reconstituting the lyophilized primers. But, the manufacturer recommended TE Buffer on the body of primer tube. Is there any problem if I use DNase/RNasa free water for reconstituting the lyophilized primers?

Water should be fine. TE is recommended to keep the primer stable for a longer period.

If its frozen I have used primers that are 3-4 years old. However observe that if frozen in water they are susceptible to chemical degradation hence if you plan them to use for a really long time, freezing in TE is optimal since then you can keep using them for much longer ~10 years.
