Hi,
I would like to inject tamoxifen to mice pups from P7 to P11 once daily. I’ve tried injecting 30ul of tamoxifen with 27G needle to intraperitoneal space but most leaked out.
I came across an article on intragastric injection of neonates from P1 to P4 and presumably also intragastric from P5 to P8.

I’m wondering if intragastric is still viable from P9 onwards due to survival concern and trouble in locating the stomach.
Does anyone have a tamoxifen delivery protocol at these specific ages?

If you start at P7, I think your best option is to deliver the tamoxifen by gavage. You can use small flexible gavage needles adapted for pups.
