Hello everybody

I am trying to amplify the promoter region of waxy gene in rice. The promoter have some base pair fragment which is not going to amplify via normal PCR.

I am thinking to proceed for TAIL PCR to know the unknown sequence. I don't know how to design primers and how can I operate the protocol.

Need kind help.
