Dear Moses A. Aborisade, the body of literature on nanoparticle synthesis, including those mentioned in your question, is rather vast. As an easy way to get quick results, I suggest to search RG directly for publications on the individual nanoparticles. This way you will find a large number of papers on this topic, including full texts.

For the synthesis of nanomaterials, many processes are available, the method which you are going to follow depends on the availability of instruments in your lab. After the synthesis, you can see the nanomaterials morphology whether it is particles, rods, wires, or any kind through FESEM/TEM.
