Hi!

We now have 2 Superdex 200 GL columns in the lab, which is having a hard time.

The gel bed has been compressed, about 1.5 to 2 cm, and it does not look good.

I have tried to reverse the column, but that just moves the gel.

We are now down to 1 Superdex 200 increase column.

Does anyone know, if it possible to kind of repair the columns?

Can new bed material be bought and added to the top?

It would be good, if we could have the 2 columns for "practice", or "fast" check, but the current state of the them are dubious.

Any advice or tricks are more than welcome.
