Hi Bin, my grad lab used it routinely but I haven't personally used it. It doesn't interfere with growth properties of anaerobic bacteria (that's its primary commercial purpose). We even used it to induce hypoxia in mammalian cells and it was fine.

so far, the oxyrase doesnot work very well in my system, not as good as the company claims. I need to remove almost all the oxygen in the solution, not just part of them.

I am also thinking other options, like thioglycolate. which concentration did you use? and how good it was? I am a bit concerning about its effects on cell metabolism, any phenotype changes observed?

I used sodium sulfide to calibrate my oxygen sensors, but I suppose it is not so compatible with microorganisms, and that is why I did not try it. Or you have other experience with it for gram-negative bacteria?
