It is not clear whether you want to know how to synthesize a peptide with these mutations incorporated in the peptide or whether you want to know how you virtually can insert these 'unusual' amino acids in the structure for bioinformatics purposes.

I have checked the servers and they're interesting however, one issue that I am facing is how can i draw lanthionine and methyllanthionine bonds between the dehydrated serine and cysteine and dehydrated threonine and cysteine.
