I used a 12-well plate, and there were 1.5x10^5 NIH-3T3 cells in each well. After 20 hours, when I used a pipette tip to create a scratch and changed the medium, a portion of cells at the well edge died. A group of cells moved like a wave toward the middle of the well. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Please help me identify the reason. Thank you.
