I'm now working on building a new system for the 785 nm Raman system with inverted microscope to measure the spectrum of cancer cells samples.
When I'm trying to measure the Raman spectrum, there is too high fluorescence from glass of the bottom of the cell dish. (like the figure below)
Is there any method to avoid this kind of fluorescence?
Please recommend me some cell dish that is not consist of glass or give other method for sample preparation.

You could check oxide ceramic or crystalline substrates whether they have signals in spectral ranges that would disturb you. Oxide ceramics or crystals tend to have low Raman cross sections: on a reference sample of YSZ (yttria-stabilized zirconia) from Alineason (10€/crystal) I had to use quite long acquisition times to get clear bands in the first place. I should mention, though, that our microscope excites at 532 nm, so no guarantee YSZ is the right oxide for you.
