Hello,

I am working on an sEEG project and I am trying to figure out how to convert coordinates of my depth electrodes that I have in native/subject space into MNI space so I can use multiple different atlases for labelling of the electrodes.

Does anybody have experience with this and would be able to recommend me some software or tutorial?
